Harrison Owens’ Open Space Technology (OST) is a technique that enables participants in large groups to bring up and discuss their concerns in a safe environment. Such an exciting mass excercise applying this relatively simple tool will generate a hugh amount of ideas and commitment.
In association with Frank Little a training demonstration will be organised applying the Open Space Technology. This event gives a unique opportunity to experience the strength of the group by ‘letting go’. Only a little structure and the minimum of procedures and facilitation enables large groups to deal with those ‘unspoken’ issues effectively.
