Each time when the workshop and training rooms are set up by the hosts, it appears that the trainer or facilitator is supposed to perform at the short side of the room. There you mostly find the projection screen and the ‘teacher table’….
However, I always want to re-set the room in a way to turn the positioning of the participants to make them face the long side of the room instead.
To assess the quality of a proposal we need to evaluate whether it is clear and correct for WHO the project is intended, WHY the project should be undertaken (the problem analysis showing the relevance), whether we agree with WHAT is expected to be made available to end-users and WHAT will be done to make that happen (the Results and corresponding Activities) and WHAT not (the Assumptions) and assess HOW the implementing organisations will make it happen (Internal capacity building).![IMG_0054[1]](/~tnxt5641/erikkijne/wp-content/uploads/2013/08/IMG_00541-300x225.jpg)
